As you know, the Aloha Spirit moves many Hawaii residents to contribute to “Political Organizations.”
The Environmental Caucus of the Democratic Party of Hawaii is a “Political Organization” “non-candidate committee” as defined in HRS Section 11-302, and pursuant to 26 US code IRS Section 527.
