Gary Hooser is an ideal candidate for Director of OEQC. He has legislative experience, he is a small business person, he is a dedicated conservationist with a understand of the necessity of balancing the capacity of our islands with the needs of our citizens. He is a man of vision and will manage the OEQC to best serve the needs of our people while promoting the sustainable use of our island resources.
