Sorry about the last minute notice. The meeting scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday May 18, 2016 is not going to happen. Democratic party of Hawaii intervention has created delay. Stay tuned for more information about a future planning meeting to prepare for election of officers at convention.

It is unfortunate that the meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 18, 2016 did not happen. I find it curious that the Democratic party of Hawaii intervention has created delay.
At the potential risk of further alienation, I suggest that the next meeting proceed as scheduled, regardless of intervention attempts by the Democratic party of Hawaii. This might entail dropping “the Democratic Party of Hawaii” from the meeting title and just leaving it “a meeting of the Environmental Caucus.”
It is personally unfortunate that I will not return to Oahu until June 22nd. Upon my return I intend to become more active in the caucus, and wish to serve on one of the committees.
