Petition for “Creating an Agricultural Plan for City and County of Honolulu”

One of our new Caucus Members asked me to post information regarding an Agricultural petition called “Create an Agricultural Plan for City and County of Honolulu.” Since one of the points of this blog is to give our members a voice, I decided to oblige.
